We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in delivering technical solutions to engineering customers, or an engineering graduate that is currently looking to move into a technical sales role from their existing position. For the right person, appropriate training and support will be provided. Experience in the oil and gas community in and around Aberdeen and Scotland would be advantageous.
You will be based from our office near Aberdeen, and we expect you to consistently deliver exceptional customer service to our existing customers as well as seeking out new customers that would benefit from our solutions and services. We need someone who will put our customers, prospects and our people who deliver our services at the heart of everything you do. We have strong company ethics, values and strategy which we would expect you to embrace. You must be able to work closely with our technical team as well as back office and marketing teams to maximise your potential.
You must have passion & enthusiasm to make things happen and you must be able to listen to customers and to create solutions to help them with their challenges now and into the future. To succeed you must be able to present these solutions in a compelling way to the client at management and board level via personal presentations and written proposals.
We expect all your accounts to be managed professionally – details to be kept up to date in our CRM system and that you have live current documented account plans for each of your key accounts.
To work as part of a team with Sales and Technical management to grow the potential of Symetri in your area. To hold regular meetings with accounts and ensure you are constantly working toward increasing the product portfolio within those accounts. To achieve or exceed set activity targets and overall objectives, as well as financial targets in terms of margin and Ebita.
