Support

Symetri understands the importance of customer investment and is therefore committed to customer support. Offering a range of support packages tailored to match specific requirements; our support desk is the first point of contact and is staffed Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm excluding public bank holidays.

We employ the largest team of technical expertise in the UK and are responsible for 30% of Autodesk’s installed base of manufacturing software applications including, Inventor, Vault, AutoCAD Mechanical and AutoCAD Electrical.

We offer:

  • Centralised service desk with technical expertise based in Aberdeen, Newcastle upon Tyne, Wakefield and Derby
  • Guaranteed service level agreements providing response between 1 and 8 hours
  • Access to trained technicians via telephone, internet, remote access and email
  • Web based interactive call logging and escalation procedures
  • On-site support
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Scheduled technology briefings

All support services are delivered to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 standards and are also compliant with IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) procedures.
