Job Description

Title: Technical Support Consultant

Reports To: Craig Snell

Location: Newcastle (Gosforth)

Travel Required: Occasional

Position: Full Time

The successful candidate will work mainly to provide first line technical support to our customer base. Primarily in the following areas:

  • Licensing and software management
  • 3D Design Software
  • Product Data Management Software

In addition to the above the successful candidate will also manage the PC’s that Symetri use to deliver training courses, ensuring that they always have the most up to date software on the machines

Qualifications & Skills

  • GCSE Math’s & English – Grade C (5)
  • Good communication skills
  • Word & Excel skills
  • Strong motivated individual who can work within a team, and independently

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Autodesk Software.

Additional Notes

  • Candidates will be accepted with IT Helpdesk Experience, but with no Autodesk Software experience
  • This role has a large potential for advancement for the right person
  • Candidates should hold a Clean (UK) Driving license and Passport
