COVID-19 UPDATE: We can support your business continuity

Dear customer,

With the coronavirus (COVID-19) impacting communities and families around the world, this is a difficult time for all of us. At Symetri, our priority remains the health and wellbeing of our employees and customers, and we are committed to supporting you and your business as you adjust to these rapidly changing circumstances.

The challenge right now

It is of great importance to us all over the next few weeks that as many of us can work from home in order to reduce the risk of infection as much as possible.

For some, it means cancelled tasks, meetings, work-related trips, etc. It is also in situations like this where we see the tremendous importance of technology and digitalisation and how much we can actually do online - such as manage projects and data in the cloud, online technology for internal and external meetings and, not least, knowledge sharing.

In fact, there is a solution to every challenge you might go through right now and with some advice on how to work with licensing and your software solutions we can help you to ensure that your team (company) continues to work smarter with same data from different locations.

How can we support you?

We are ready to assist you in the establishment of remote working solutions for your business, initiatives and projects. Please contact us if you feel that you need support and advice on the following:

  • Setting up the configuration to ensure your employees can access the right tools for your projects.
  • Solutions that enable people to collaborate securely in the same environment from different locations.
  • Continuous learning and support through digital environments.
  • Remote support, installation, consultancy and development work.

Autodesk has communicated that they have extended the ability to purchase new multi-user subscription plans to 7th August 2020 and moved their retirement to 7th August 2021.

A large proportion of our service delivery is already carried out remotely. During the coming weeks and months, we will be extending our network of virtual working environments and remote access capabilities to ensure that we can continue to deliver projects, support services and training for our customers according to the agreed level, schedule and quality through this exceptional period.

We are dedicated to supporting you, your business and projects to enable you to operate in a more distributed environment. We have knowledgeable experts who can advise and guide you on how to set up your operations in a smarter way to continue delivering value to your company.

The project and support services will be delivered remotely from our offices. In case of movement or commuting restrictions, we continue to serve you from our home offices where we have full access to Symetri network and resources.

Regarding all other aspects of business continuity please be guided by information provided on our website.

We are available, so if you need advice or support, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

We are all in this together and our motivation and focus is to find new ways to navigate through this situation. We will do this in a way that protects our customers and employees, by keeping our heads clear and hearts warm, and make sure we help each other to the best of our ability.

Please ensure that you take care of yourself and your family.

Best Regards,

Jens Kollserud
CEO Symetri
