Support: Unable to obtain a license

Issue: 

When trying to start Inventor you find that you are unable to get a license from the license server even though there are licenses available.

Support: Unable to obtain a license

Solution:

Delete the folder C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\CLM\LGS. This should force Inventor and other Autodesk products to ask what licensing you are using next time it opens.  Once restarted you select network license and repoint to your license server.
