Craig has been with Symetri for over 25 years, starting his career as an AutoCAD Trainer. He has a lot of experience with the Autodesk Manufacturing portfolio and has used Inventor since its inception.  Craig’s philosophy to life is “Every day is a school day” and loves getting others both customers and colleagues involved with learning.  Craig manages Symetri's Autodesk Support team for both MFG and AEC alongside managing the manufacturing training division.

As a Customer Development Consultant at Symetri, Deborah provides consultancy services to new and existing customers to address their business needs.

Maria is an AEC Technical Specialist for the last 4 years at Symetri, where she has become a leading authority in Building Information Modelling (BIM). Her expertise spans a range of cutting-edge software, including BIM 360, ACC, Autodesk Revit, and Autodesk AutoCAD, as well as Autodesk Navisworks, ISO 19650, Dynamo, and Naviate, showcasing her versatility in AEC projects.
At Symetri, Maria has worked with her customers in implementing and supporting BIM 360 and ACC solutions, enhancing project efficiency and collaboration.
Maria's role involves providing comprehensive support for all Autodesk products, optimising client workflows for seamless operations. She is also an Autodesk certified trainer in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and ACC promoting a culture of continuous learning.
Her proficiency and commitment to exceptional service ensure that clients receive top-notch expertise and support, leading to successful projects.

industry. He has been supporting Autodesk products since 2007 when his work as an Authorised Autodesk Trainer gave him continual exposure to the latest technology and workflows. Initially very mechanically biased, Simon branched out on his own, qualifying as an electrician. He spent several years installing systems rather than designing them, before eventually returning to working for an Autodesk Platinum Partner in 2016, a more well-rounded consultant.

Working in a multi-disciplined design and build environment for 24+ years, Steve has vast knowledge of the problems that will be encountered on projects of all sizes, and provides suitable solutions. Steve’s main expertise lies in the design, construction and management workflow of information and technology requirements to ensure a project meets the full requirements and data is reused through the delivery. Steve acts as the Project BIM manager and information manager for our clients and helps them de-risk and deliver the project to meet the full defined requirements.
