Symetri launches Naviate Nebula for efficient data transfer
Symetri, one of Europe’s leading providers of software and services for the AECO (architect, engineering, construction and operator) industry today announced the launch of Naviate Nebula. Naviate Nebula is a cloud-to-cloud solution for transferring files from multiple BIM 360 projects and Autodesk Construction Cloud projects to other BIM 360 or ACC projects. With Naviate Nebula Symetri aims to ensure customers work smarter for a better future, creating outstanding designs and building better buildings.
With Naviate Nebula it is possible to address three key cloud-to-cloud data transfer issues:
- Regional transfer of data between local hubs in US, EU and Australia. In larger projects, collaboration across geographies is very common to collaborate on common projects cross geographies. With Naviate Nebula this is now fully supported.
- Transferring data is a time-consuming and manual process. With Naviate Nebula it is possible to set up automated workflows and schedules, transferring cloud-to-cloud data fast, secure and in an easy-to-use web application.
- Limit the risk of losing data or working with the wrong files. With continuous backups on ongoing projects from project collaborations it is possible to secure access to the latest updated data.

Service disruptions affecting Autodesk and other services
Autodesk is currently experiencing outages and unstable operations. The cause is likely due to issues at Amazon Web Services (AWS) – the cloud platform that many companies, including Autodesk, use for their solutions.
