Service Works Global extends market share with addition of Excitech’s CAFM business
Delivering comprehensive facilities and property management solutions for customers
London, UK – 1st July, 2020
Excitech, an Addnode Group company and the UK leader in technology and services for the construction and manufacturing sectors, today announced it will be transferring its CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) business unit to Service Works Global, an Addnode company and international provider of facilities, property, and workplace management software. The transfer will take place on 1st July 2020, and provide clients with a comprehensive and enhanced product and service portfolio across the whole building lifecycle, backed by a combined 60+ years of best-practice software and FM experience.
David Hughes, Managing Director of Excitech comments: “Excitech’s acquisition by Addnode Group in January 2020 has provided us with significant resources and opportunity to deliver enhanced solutions and services to our clients. We share complementary skills, capabilities, and technology with Service Works Global, so the transfer of Excitech’s CAFM business unit with SWG will enable the delivery of an even stronger facilities and property management technology offering to existing and new clients.”
