Job Description

Title: Office & Customer Experience Coordinator

Reports To: Telemarketing Manager

Location: Enfield, North London

An opportunity now exists to join a growing marketing team as an Office & Customer Experience Coordinator to help improve our brand experience. 

This is a temporary, office-based role in North London, with the opportunity to become permanent in the future. The role will be full-time and involves extending our brand to front of house including meeting and greeting customers, managing inbound calls/emails and general office administration support.

In addition, the role will involve supporting telemarketing projects including calling customers to confirm event attendance for events/training, data cleansing and data building/research purposes, answering enquiries on livechat, and keeping customer information up to date in our internal systems.

The role will involve working in partnership with members of the wider marketing team & other teams within the business.
