Symetri is now an approved supplier of the UK Government G-Cloud framework
30 November 2022
We are delighted to announce that Symetri is now an approved supplier of the UK Government G-Cloud 13 framework which allows public sector buyers to find technology or people to deliver digital projects.
Why has Symetri joined G-Cloud?
Procurement has a vital role to play in supporting and strengthening our public sector. However with the demands of looking to procure suppliers fairly, securing the best possible price and ensuring capability/ethical/financial/sustainability credentials, this can become a difficult task.
To help make transacting with Symetri as easy as possible, we are proud to be an approved supplier for the G-Cloud Digital Marketplace.
What is the G-Cloud framework?
The G-Cloud procurement initiative was established by the UK government to encourage the adoption of cloud services across the public sector (e.g. central government, charities, education, health, local authority, blue light services such as the police, fire, ambulance, search and rescue etc.), by providing a secure platform where these organisations can go to find information technology services or people that use cloud computing.
G-Cloud is the Digital Marketplace which can be used to buy cloud services through the G-Cloud framework. Buying services through frameworks is faster and cheaper than entering into individual procurement contracts.
How does it benefit public sector buyers?
With the G-Cloud Digital Marketplace, public sector organisations can:
Save time by procuring suppliers from its extensive directory of commercial expertise and industry knowledge.
Reduce costs and total cost of ownership compared to running your own service in house.
Stay ahead of the curve on digital transformation, climate targets and social value with access to the latest technology and innovation.
How can Symetri help?
