Customers of M-Files are often required to upload documents to cloud based collaboration portals or cloud file storage services in order to communicate and share information with other parties that you may be working on a project with.
Traditionally, this would require taking a copy of the document and manually uploading it which can take a significant amount of time. With the extranet uploader app, it is possible to upload directly from M-Files to one or multiple cloud portals or storage services. These include:
Additionally, services such as Asite Adoddle offer a number of metadata properties which our extranet uploader app can automatically populate during upload.

Presently, the extranet uploader does not upload to One Drive.
File size limitations vary and are dependent on the extranet or cloud service used, It is best to check with the provider of the cloud service to confirm any size limitations.
