User Guidance for Creating and Viewing Cases

Following our integration with Symetri, we wanted to let you know that you now have access to the Symetri Support Portal for logging and tracking future support cases. You will have the same level of support and service experience that you had before we became Symetri, however, the way you log and track cases has changed.

We have put together a guide which will help you:

  • Access the portal
  • Set yourself up as a new user and how to log in thereafter
  • Create a new case
  • View all your cases and their status
