I think the effect that the Building Safety Act will have on the industry is far more profound than the original BIM mandate was. The BIM mandate was setting out to achieve efficiency on projects and efficiency on operation... Where the Building Safety Act is kind of saying we need to use these principles and these processes in order to drive building safety, and if we don't there are ramifications...
