Days 1 & 2: Revit Architectural Essentials

• The power of Revit – dimension an entire wall in just 2 clicks
• Use copy, align, move, mirror, trim, offset, fillet and split tools
• Discussion of Revit modelling techniques – pros and cons
• Create your own wall type to see how Revit works

Days 3 & 4: Revit Architecture Beyond the Basics

• Set up a site by linking CAD files to establish location information 
• Understand the power of Revit’s space planning
• Add parking spaces & vegetation, render the site, create a parking space schedule 
• Create a walkthrough of your model and export to an AVI file
• Create an exploded view to explain a project or complex detail

Day 5: Revit Collaboration

• Subdivide the work across the discipline team
• Establish and manage links between Revit models
• Understand best practices for exporting Revit files and various file format options
• Understand work sharing – the key to managing multiple project users 
• Get hands-on experience using a shared model in the cloud
